Britton's first dance and signs of Spring!

Britton backing away from Delaney (from my cell phone, not the best picture. Plus, it was dark).
Benjamin dancing with his cookie. He was mid turn. The boys at the park. Ahhh, the sun!
Our first daffodils!

On Friday, Britton's school had a dance. The school had a dance in the Fall too, but we didn't go. We didn't think we would be going to this dance either because we asked Britton if he wanted to go and he said no. Well, a couple days before the dance, Britton came to me and told me that he changed his mind, and that he did want to go to the dance. He said that Delaney at school asked him to dance with her and that he had pinky promised her that he would go. Well, we couldn't break a pinky promise! So we went to the dance. As soon as we got there, Delaney came running over and grabbed Britton's hand to join the dance. Britton followed until he got to where all the kids were gathered and then he froze, let go of her hand and backed away. Poor Delaney! Britton ended up running around with a boy named Adam (who he also ran into and got a bloody nose). Benjamin, on the other hand, had a following of little girls that chased him around the gym all night. Benjamin also danced. He's a lady's man!

On Saturday morning we woke up to snow! We weren't expecting that! It had been so nice out. Well, today the sun is out again and we were able to play at the park without jackets! We also have daffodils growing in our front yard. Bring on the warm weather!
