The official end of Summer Vacation

Benjer's first day of school
Our family on a little hike. Kia was there too but didn't make the picture...

The first morning we went to the Pancake House in McCall and they have these huge cinnamon rolls. Mmmm!

We spent Labor Day in Cascade at the very last campground available. We didn't make reservations until a couple days before we left, so we were just happy to get anything. It was a decent place, but we were right next the camp host, and they were WAY to serious about their job. They started telling Dustin rules before we even finished pulling in and the truck was even stopped. Well, we followed all the rules so we ended up being O.K. We took our little boat but it turns out we weren't in a good area to fish so we ended up just playing on the beach. The next day we had some friends join us. Our boys all had a great time riding bikes and roasting marshmallows. We also had some great campfires!

We got home on Monday and spent the evening at Eagle Island State park with my family. The boys had a great time playing in the water with their cousins. The next day was the official start of the school year for Benjamin and me. Both of us had great first days. I have two great preschool classes and Benjamin loves his class too.
