Tomorrow is our cute *little* Caden's first birthday! I can't believe that one year ago we got to see this sweet little boys birth and become parents to another little boy. He is adored by everyone and completes our family. We are so grateful for his birthmother and the choice she made to let Caden join our family. We love that cute little boy! We had a birthday party on Sunday and Caden couldn't have been cuter opening his presents and eating his cake. It was a perfect birthday for a one year old.
