All I wanted was a nice, peaceful shower...
The boys had eaten breakfast and were watching cartoons so I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to take a shower. I love a nice, warm, uninterrupted shower! Well, I was just turning the water off when Britton walks into the bathroom, followed by Benjamin. I asked Britton what he needed and he said "Mom, Benjamin did it." I asked what Benjamin did and he said, "He almost flooded the bathroom. The water was comming out of the sink." Great. I asked if he had turned the water off and he said yes. I thanked him and told him I would be out in a minute. When Britton left the room I got out of the shower and ushered Benjer out so I could get dressed. Once I was dressed I was going to go downstairs to check out the bathroom when I heard Benjamin pounding on his bedroom door. He had locked himself inside. I let Benjer out and was headed downstairs when Britton reappeared. This was the first time I had actually seen him, and he was wearing his rubber puddle shoes! He looked at me very seriously and said, "Mom, the water in the bathroom is real." I tried not to laugh and followed him downstairs. Sure enough the floor was pretty flooded. Nothing a couple bath towels couldn't soak up. Benjamin has a little obsession with the bathrooms and we keep the bathroom doors closed at all times. I asked Britton how Benjamin got in the bathroom and if he had left the door open. Of course he said no. This was my second bathroom incident with Benjer for the day. I woke up to him swishing my comb in the toilet! Benjamin is a curious, trouble making little boy, but at least he has a good big brother to keep him in line! At least my bathroom floor is clean now. One less thing I need to do today!

Bummer!! Hope your day goes better!
Great positive attitude! But really, how can you get mad when they are so cute!
Oh, my holy crap. When I got to the line, "Mom, the water in the bathroom is real" I started laughing and I haven't stopped yet. I have tears in my eyes. Did the fear of the Almighty jump into your heart at what you might find?
I am glad everything turned out alright! Thanks for the laugh!!
