We had a very busy weekend! We started out Friday with Britton's first hockey practice of the year. Britton fell a lot because he hasn't skated in a long time but he got better as practice went on and he was moved up to the middle class. He loves hockey!

As soon as hockey was over we headed to Utah for the Allen Family Party. That is Dustin's mom's side of the family and we have a get together every year after Christmas. This year was a sledding party. It was so much fun! The boys had never been sledding before and they loved it! Britton was so brave and just went for it! By the time I made it to the hill with Benjamin, Britton had already gone down a couple times. Benjamin rode on Dustin's or my lap as we went down the hill and he loved it too. It was the perfect hill. It wasn't too steep so walking back up the hill wasn't bad, but it was steep enough to go for a good ride. Britton said it was the best day of his life.

After sledding we all went back to Dustin's sister's house to hang out. We ordered Chinese food and watched "Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs." Britton stayed the night with his cousins. When we picked him up they said that after we left (about 10:30), he and his cousin Sarah stayed up and watched another movie and then woke up at 6:00. Benjamin on the other hand, slept in for us until 10:00! It was awesome! Dustin and I slept in until 9:30. I think that's an all time record for us! Both boys fell asleep on the ride home. However, even the ride home proved eventful as Britton lost a tooth when eating candy. He has several loose teeth and the one he lost was barely loose that last time we checked. He has two others that are just barely hanging on. We were surprised when he lost the one he did. It was a great weekend.
