This weekend we had the opportunity to go to a cabin with some good friends. They have 3 little boys (all of which were adopted like ours), and the two older ones are the same age as our boys. We had a great time! We went swimming at the club house, and all the boys stayed up until 1:00 a.m. Benjamin had a grand melt down and finally fell asleep, which allowed everyone else to fall asleep too. In the morning we went to a pioneer breakfast and did some fishing (unsuccessfully). On lake Cascade there is a great beach so the boys played on the beach and had a great time. Benjamin spent almost all of the time in the water. Our Friends have a fishing boat and they took some fishing tubes with them as well. After we were done fishing, Ben (our friend) decided that the boys might like to ride on the tube, pulled by his 5 horse power boat. It was quite a sight to see! Britton and his friend, Luke, sat on the float tube, which was tied to the boat by a tie down strap. The high speed was slower than running speed, but the boys thought it was a grand time! They screamed, they laughed, they acted like goofy boys. Benjer fell asleep on the way back to the cabin and slept until it was time to go home. When we got back to Meridian, we went to another pioneer day activity and then brought the boys home for much needed baths and bed.

What a fun trip!
How fun! As always the kids are cute. Kia is getting big - she is like a real dog.
