First Day of School!

Today was the first day of school for our boys.  They woke up this morning and were excited to get to wear all their new clothes (shirts, socks, shoes and underwear).  Britton was so nervous/excited about today that he didn't fall asleep until after 11:30. 

When we got to the school Benjamin opened the door to the car and said "Bye mom!"  I told him to wait because I was coming with him!  Apparently he wasn't nervous at all.  Both boys have great teachers this year.  Britton actually has a sub for a few months because his teacher just had a baby but the sub is awesome. 

When the boys got home from school we asked them what they liked best about the first day and Benjamin said it was the bus ride home.  Watching him get off the bus was one of the cutest things ever!  He's been wanting to ride that bus for years!  Britton was excited that he gets to sit next to one of his friends.  Let the school year begin!

 Britton at his desk. It looks too small for him.  He told me he's the tallest in his class this year again.  I don't see that changing any time soon...
