Soccer time again!

So soccer season is officially on!  Today we had 3 soccer games.  Benjamin's game was first, followed imediately by Britton's first game.  Britton also had a second game in the afternoon.  Benjamin has really improved this year.  He is really working at getting the ball and he is having fun. He has a good team this year too.

Britton is on a new team this year. He tried out for a select team in the Spring and made it onto a team. He has one other teammate from his previous team as well.  Their team is really good. They played two ten year old teams today and both times Britton's team blew the other team out of the water.  They were really good. Britton scored two goals in each game.  We spent most of the day at the soccer field.  One nice thing is our child care center is really close to the field so after the first set of games we went over and had some lunch and I was able to get a little work done too.  Plus, Caden was able to take a real nap in his familiar bed. 

Our Saturdays will now all be spent on the soccer field until the end of October.  Dustin and I also start indoor soccer next weekend.  After watching Britton today, I am confident he is better at soccer than I am. I might have to have him teach me a few tricks. He had some pretty impressive footwork today.
