He's a natural. You'd think he had been doing this for years!Today was Britton's 5th birthday. It's amazing how fast the time has gone by and the changes that Britton has gone through already in his life! He is such a fun and amazing boy. He's smart and funny and very strong willed. We love everything about this kid.
Yesterday Britton had his first ever friend birthday party. It was a monster truck party and he had 8 little boys over to play in the dirt. It rained all night and most of the day. We had to have the party outside. There really wasn't any other option. Well, right before the party, the rain stopped and the party went on. It stayed dry until 10 minutes before the party ended. It was perfect! All the kids had a great time playing in the dirt and dancing and playing tag. It was a success! Britton was very disapointed to find out that he won't get a friend party every year. We told him he can only have one every other year. The Monster Turck party was a lot of fun. We're happy Britton had such a good time.
Today we celebrated Britton's birthday by having his favorite meal for dinner: pancake, eggs, and bacon. Britton was very spoiled, as always. He got a mini air hockey table, some games, a book, pajamas, an outfit, a light saber and some roller blades. He was excited about all of his gifts. Britton loves the roller blades. He's pretty darn good at roller blading too. Happy Birthday Britton! We look forward to the big 5. You get to start school and keep amazing us with all that you do!
