Yesterday was Britton's school carnival. The boys were so excited to go! I purposely bought less tickets this year because we had a hard time using them all last year. This year we STILL had too many tickets! The boys played every game and did everything (other than the sand art) and we started trying to get rid of them before the carnival was over. Something to remember for next year...

Anyway, the highlights were the cake walk and beanie baby walk. Dustin won a super yummy cake in the cake walk. We ate most of it while the kids were in bed... Then Benjamin won a beanie baby stork and Britton won a beanie baby sting ray. We also came home with a whole ton of small prizes like bouncy balls, dinosaurs, key rings, rings etc. Benjamin walked around wearing a bug ring and a bright yellow jeweled ring all night. When time was running out at the carnival, we had the boys use the rest of the tickets on a game where you pull out a pencil from a hay bail. They were out of prizes, but you got to keep the pencils so we have plenty for the next school year. Both boys thought it was the most fun they have had in a long time.
