More Caden and a little bit about butterflies

Caden continues to be the cutest little chunk!  He is a pretty happy little boy.  He still likes to be held A LOT but he also really likes to sit up. We just pulled out the exersaucer as well and that gives us enough time to eat dinner or do dishes.  At Caden's last doctor's visit (4 month visit) he weighed 20 lbs, 5 oz.  That is one big baby!  He's at 98% for wight, but he's at 95% for height now too.  His head is till off the chart.  It turns out Caden also has Torticallis which is where his head likes to turn one direction. His head also naturally tilts up.  We knew he had this at his 2 month visit but now that it still hasn't corrected itself, it's time for him to go to physical therapy.  Caden gets to go to his first session and evaluation next week.

Caden has been on solid food for a few weeks now and he loves it!  The only food he has tried that he hasn't really liked is green beans.  He loves peas though.  Caden is such a smiley boy and he has been laughing more too. His laugh is contagious.  Today Caden rolled from his back to his front. He still doesn't roll from front to back. He hates being on his stomach and he has a hard time pushing up, especially with the side that he doesn't use as much because of the torticallis.  Plus, our pediatrician said bigger babies don't really like being on their bellies anyway.  We sure love our big baby!

For the boy's birthday the boys got gift cards to Barnes and Noble from Dustin's mom. Benjamin chose to get a butterfly kit.  The day the caterpillars came Benjamin got the mail and he was so excited!  It was actually a lot of fun to watch. We all loved it.  All five caterpillars turned into butterflies and last week we set them free.  Benjamin named all five butterflies "Flyer."

Caden likes to suck in his bottom lip and make noises.
 How cute is that smile?
