Capital Classic

Yesterday was the Capital Classic and Britton and Benjamin both got to run the race. Benjamin was so excited because he has watched Britton run for the last couple years and he was finally old enough to do it himself.  He looked so small when we dropped him off at the train depot but he saw a kid from school and was ready.  Britton was an old pro.  He found some friends from school at the depot and was ready to go .They both did a great job.  We were so proud of them!

 Caden waiting with us at the finish line. He didn't want to hold his sign.  It said "My brothers are Winners!"  He did clap as some of the racers went by though.

 Benjamin at the finish line.  He was so proud of himself and SO excited to get a medal!  He ran the whole way.  When he woke up this morning he said his legs hurt. It took me a while to figure out it was from running the day before.
